Ian Bruce possesses extensive experience in commercial finance, having held key positions in several prominent companies. From 2017 to August 2021, Ian served as Head of Commercial Finance at Deliciously Ella. Subsequently, Ian took on the role of Head of Commercial Finance at Hotel Chocolat from January 2024 to July 2025, followed by a current position as Finance Director - EMEA at Nutrabolt since July 2025. Ian's previous experience includes working at Unilever as a Global Finance Business Partner and Finance Business Partner for the UK & Ireland from December 2015 to December 2016, as well as leading commercial finance at Heroes from 2022 to 2024. Ian holds a CIMA qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
