Kailey Towns

Kailey Towns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Corporate Communications Manager at Nutrabolt since April 2025, Kailey previously held several key roles at Startup Waco from August 2020 to April 2025, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Communications, and Executive Communications Partner, where responsibilities spanned organizational strategy, marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing and Communications Manager at ProStar Energy Solutions, Copywriter, and Marketing Coordinator at CONNECTIVE Agency, and internships in public relations and marketing at various organizations, including Baylor University and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. Kailey holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from Baylor University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism-Public Relations from the same institution.
