Sydney Aherne

Sydney Aherne started their work experience in 2017 as a People Team Intern at Peloton Interactive. Sydney held this position from June 2017 to May 2018, and then again from May 2018 to August 2018. In 2019, they joined Peloton Interactive as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they coordinated numerous interviews and promoted hiring process standardization practices. In 2020, Sydney transitioned to the role of Recruiting Specialist and facilitated the launch of Peloton's remote Summer Internship Program. Sydney partnered with various teams to implement standardized processes and created training materials for recruiters and internal candidates. From November 2020 to February 2022, Sydney worked as a Program Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Peloton, contributing to the implementation of go-to-campus initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience. Sydney also worked as a Program Specialist in Talent Management, where they focused on onboarding, engagement, and maintaining the Referral Rewards Program. Currently, Sydney works as a People Specialist at Bobbie, starting in November 2022.

Sydney Aherne completed their education in a chronological manner. They attended Nyack High School from 2011 to 2015 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Lafayette College. This is the highest level of formal education attained by Sydney Aherne. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University in March 2022.
