Christine Hernandez

Christine Hernandez is an accomplished professional in the fields of research and development and formulation, currently serving as the Director of R&D and Formulation at Nutrafol since January 2024. Prior to joining Nutrafol, Christine held various managerial roles at Amway from February 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams in process engineering, targeted platform development, nutrition research, and clinical investigations for the Nutrilite product portfolio. Previous experience includes positions at Edwards Lifesciences, Neutrogena, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and Baxter BioScience, where Christine contributed to product development, manufacturing processes, and efficiency improvements. Christine earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and has international educational experience from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
