Gustaf Solerød Christensen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the health, nutrition, and corporate development sectors. Gustaf Solerød is currently serving as the Interim CEO of Orkla Health Holding, one of the largest portfolio companies within Orkla Group. In this role, they oversee operations in the Nordics, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US. Prior to this, Gustaf was the CEO of NutraQ, a digital sales and marketing B2C company operating in Northern Europe. Gustaf Solerød also co-founded and served as the COO of Highered - EFMD Shared Career Services, a global platform connecting students, schools, and corporations from top-ranked business schools. Additionally, they co-founded and acted as the CEO of CoveredPro AS, which provided turnkey solutions for benefit programs in large corporations. Gustaf has also held key positions in the Orkla Health Group as CFO and in Orkla ASA as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & M&A and Vice President of Corporate Development. Furthermore, they have experience as a CFO in Arbaflame AS and as an Associate at McKinsey.

Gustaf Solerød Christensen attended NTG from 1996 to 1999, where they acquired a high school education. Following this, from 2000 to 2004, Gustaf pursued their higher education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), graduating with a degree in Siviløkonom. Gustaf Solerød'sfield of study during their time at NHH was focused on Administration and Financial Economics.
