Andre van Deelen

Andre van Deelen has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Andre has worked at Nutreco, a global animal nutrition and fish feed company, in various positions including Finance Director, Senior Director Finance - Innovations & BU's Feed Additives and Companion Animal, Senior Director Finance - Nutreco Venture Capital, Business Unit Controller - Global Innovations & Procurement, Business Unit Controller - Canada, and Business Unit Controller - USA and South America. In these roles, they have led finance teams, supported strategic decision-making, and managed financial operations across different regions. Additionally, they have also worked at Océ - A Canon Company as a Global Area Controller and at Stork as an Assistant Controller.

Andre van Deelen earned a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Tilburg University between 1991-1995. Andre also completed Merger Week from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics. Andre pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General, studying Psychology of Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business until 2011. In 2018, they completed The Complete Skilled Negotiator program at The Gap Partnership - UK.
