Ann-Sophie Buijsen

Ann-Sophie Buijsen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ann-Sophie began their career as a Personal Assistant in VVD-Tweede Kamerfractie from September 2007 to July 2010. Following that, they worked as a Client Officer at Highmount Capital for a brief period from January 2011 to July 2011. Ann-Sophie then joined SHV as a Talent Management Officer from August 2011 to December 2014.

In 2015, Ann-Sophie joined Makro Colombia, where they held the positions of Talent Manager from January 2015 to December 2016, and later as HR Director from January 2017 to February 2019.

Ann-Sophie'smost recent role was at Nutreco, where they served as the Global Learning & Development Manager from February 2019 to March 2021. Ann-Sophie then transitioned to the role of HR Change & Program Manager - Trouw Nutrition Iberia from April 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they are the HR Director for Nutreco Iberia, starting from February 2023.

Ann-Sophie Buijsen's education history includes a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Norbertuscollege from 1993 to 1999, where they completed their VWO. In 2017, they participated in a finance program for non-financial managers at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a course on Learning Fundamentals at Workday. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Agility Program from the Josh Bersin Academy in 2022 and as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from The People Side of Change in 2021.
