Bert - Jan Sijbom

Bert-Jan Sijbom serves as the HSE Behavioural Program Leader and Global Internal HSE Audit Manager at Nutreco since January 2021. Previously, Sijbom held various roles at FrieslandCampina, including SHE Manager for the Business Group Ingredients and SHE-Manager for IPTEC. Additional experience includes managing safety at Centrum Veilig Wonen and serving as a safety supervisor and work permit coordinator at Stork GLT. Sijbom's consultancy experience began as the owner of BJ Sijbom Consultancy from June 2009 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and an Executive Master in Strategic Change Management & Leadership from Utrecht Business School. Sijbom is also pursuing further education in Leadership through Health & Safety Culture at CEDEP.
