Diego Mendes Coelho

Diego Mendes Coelho is currently serving as the Multi-Site Plant Manager at Nutreco, overseeing four animal feed plants and two distribution centers in central Spain, managing an annual turnover of 100 M€. Prior to this role, Diego worked at MAXAM as the Global Manufacturing Manager, leading operational excellence in the Defense Division and overseeing worldwide demilitarization operations. Diego's earlier experience includes positions at Holcim, where responsibilities included regional industrial performance management and quarry management, achieving significant cost savings and production increases, as well as roles at Vesuvius and Saint-Gobain focused on production management and operational oversight. Diego holds an Executive Master in Operations & Innovation from Esade and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
