Freija van Holsteijn

Freija van Holsteijn is a Global LCA Specialist at Nutreco, with a background in sustainability consulting and research engineering. Freija has a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from Wageningen University & Research and has conducted research on various environmental impacts related to food production and animal diets. Freija has also volunteered at De Dierenbescherming and completed an internship at FAO focusing on sustainable animal diets. Their expertise lies in life cycle assessments and exploring optimal food storage conditions for reducing food waste in the European Union.
