Kirsten Menes

Kirsten Menes serves as the Global Talent Director at Nutreco since June 2022, previously held the position of Senior HR Advisor a.i. at Triodos Bank from November 2021 to June 2022, and acted as Executive Director at Festina Lente Consulting and Coaching B.V. from July 2016 to June 2022. Additional experience includes Head of People Development at the International Baccalaureate from September 2018 to February 2021, and a Guest Lecturer for the EPFL Executive MBA Program in April 2018. Earlier roles include Head of International HR CoE at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Senior HR Business Partner at Deloitte Nederland, and various leadership positions at Philips International. Kirsten Menes holds an MBA from IMD, a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, and has additional educational background from The Madeira School and the University of Warwick.
