Vanessa Pinto

Vanessa Pinto, CHRP, currently serves as a Total Rewards Specialist at Nutreco since December 2023 and has been an Advisor in People & Culture at Broccolini since May 2021. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Genrep Ltd/Ltee from August 2017 to May 2021, where the company has specialized in generator solutions for industrial and commercial applications since 1983. Vanessa’s career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Adiuvo Group from January 2016 to July 2017, followed by a role as Human Resources Administrator at Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp in early 2015, and a Graphics Consultant position at Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC in mid-2011. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English with a focus on Contemporary Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, complemented by a French Minor, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
