Johan Potgieter

Johan Potgieter is currently the Technical Advisor at Nutri Feeds (Pty) Limited. Prior to this, they were the Sales and Marketing Manager at NWK Opti Feeds from April 2011 to December 2018. In their role at NWK Opti Feeds, Johan was responsible for managing sales operations, including monthly sales forecasting and product pricing, as well as setting and monitoring sales targets. Johan also oversaw all marketing activities, ensuring that they fit with the company's marketing strategy and budget. Additionally, Johan provided technical support to clients and technical advisors on monogastric and ruminant production. Johan has also written articles for industry-related magazines.

Johan Potgieter attended Ermelo High School before completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Sciences at Stellenbosch University. Johan then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, followed by the Middle Management Program also at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit. Johan is certified as a Professional Natural Scientist (Pr.Sci.Nat.) from the South African Council of Natural Professions (SACNASP).
