Carlos has a Bachelor's degree in International Trade with a Major in Agribusiness, a Master's degree in Marketing, and has also completed a Global Marketing Program at Cornell University. Their expertise includes developing product positioning strategies, managing region objectives, redefining go-to-market strategies, business development, loyalty programs, pricing strategies, new product launches, market assessment, strategy development, and market research. Carlos is also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
