Christophe Chopin has over a decade of experience in production and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as responsable d'atelier at Nutribio (Coopérative Sodiaal) since January 2011, Christophe oversees packaging and blending operations with a team of 80 personnel and also manages staffing needs for five packaging teams of 20. Prior to this, Christophe was CHEF D EQUIPE at JEANLAIN from January 2007 to January 2011, supervising a team of six in the beer production process, including brewing, fermentation, and filtration. Educational qualifications include a Licence in Gestion de production from IPAC and a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Agro-industrie from Lycée Sainte Colette.
