Brian Joffe has a strong background in environmental law and policy, currently serving as Senior Counsel for SHE and Product Regulation at Nutrien since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where Joffe held various positions from April 2008 to October 2025, including Deputy Regional Counsel, Acting Regional Counsel, and Deputy Assistant Regional Administrator for Enforcement, Compliance & Environmental Justice. Joffe also worked as a Contract Attorney and Law Clerk in private firms and completed a legal internship at Linowes and Blocher. Joffe earned a JD/MSEL in Environmental Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School between 2000 and 2003.
