Bruce Ross

Bruce Ross has over three decades of experience in operations and planning within the nitrogen production sector, primarily at Nutrien and its predecessor, Agrium. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Conduct of Operations, Bruce implements a comprehensive 24-month supply plan for North American Agrium Nitrogen assets while enhancing systems to coordinate production and marketing. Previous roles include Specialist in Conduct of Operations, Area Work Team Superintendent, and Operations Superintendent, where Bruce led efforts to improve plant reliability and manage operational aspects of the Carseland Nitrogen Facility. Educationally, Bruce holds a degree as a 3rd Class Steam Engineer from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, acquired between 1988 and 1989.
