Jeanette Douglas

Jeanette Douglas (Gelleta) is an experienced Project Manager with a focus on process improvement and project execution within the mining industry. Currently at Nutrien, Jeanette manages new mainline belt conveyor installations and upgrades from project kick-off to close-out. Previous roles include managing a portfolio of sustaining capital projects at ENGCOMP and serving as a Project Engineer at The Mosaic Company, overseeing significant capital program shutdown jobs. Jeanette began their career in chemical engineering with positions at Agrium and March Consulting Associates Inc., providing expertise in turnaround management, commissioning, and project control. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
