Lauren Cooper

Lauren Cooper has extensive experience in asset integrity and operational improvement within the chemical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Integrity at Nutrien since September 2018. Prior roles include Senior Director of Maintenance, Reliability & Turnaround, and Senior Manager of Business Improvement & Development, with earlier positions at Agrium spanning from July 2007 to May 2017 that involved critical roles such as Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager, Deputy Turnaround Manager, and Reliability Engineer. Notable achievements include leading the commissioning of a $1B urea facility and developing reliability programs that significantly enhanced asset performance. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Engineering & Management in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University in 2007.
