Mason Kraushar

Mason Kraushar is a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training currently employed at Nutrien since January 2023, with a diverse background in engineering roles. Previous experience includes serving as a Design Engineer-in-Training at Brandt Group of Companies, where responsibilities involved supporting the Agricultural Tillage Team and completing Engineering Change Notices. Mason has also worked as an Engineering Co-op Student at Bunge, where design work for plant components was conducted, and at Kingston Midstream, managing integrity projects and coordinating crews for minimal operational disruptions. Earlier experience as a Farm Hand involved operating and maintaining agricultural equipment, while internships at Morris Equipment Ltd. and Morris Industries Ltd. provided insights into engineering processes and customer interactions. Mason earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a Mining Option from the University of Saskatchewan, complemented by involvement in the U of S Quarter Scale Tractor Team.
