Michelle Rolles

Michelle Rolles is an accomplished finance and human resources leader with extensive experience in total rewards, treasury, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Nutrien, Michelle oversees the design and governance of total reward programs. Prior to this role, Michelle held several key positions at CNOOC International, including Treasurer and Pension Committee Chair, where responsibilities encompassed global treasury strategy, pension asset management, and risk management across 15 countries. Michelle's career also includes roles in corporate finance and treasury at multiple organizations, such as AltaGas Ltd. and Acumen Capital Partners. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Regina, along with several leadership development programs from prestigious institutions.
