Nicole Henrich

Nicole Henrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent attraction, early careers development, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Nutrien since January 2022, Nicole has successfully built and improved a new employee development program and developed an internship program framework aligned with global business needs. Previous roles at John Deere included leading a diversity, equity, and inclusion team, managing a network of DEI ambassadors, and collaborating across functions to enhance customer support processes. Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from Butler University and an Executive Education course in EDI from Emory University.
