Patrick Alderman

Patrick Alderman is a trained professional with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, obtained in 1999. Currently serving as a Supervisor for Technical/Operations Training at Nutrien since October 2021, Patrick Alderman previously held the position of Principal Engineer/Project Manager at GP Strategies Corporation from 2007 to 2021, specializing in workforce transformation solutions for process industry clients. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project/Production Engineer at Ineos Oxide, where responsibilities included managing oxide derivative production trains, and as a Product Development Engineer at Albemarle, focusing on the scale-up of polyethylene catalysts from pilot to commercial production.
