As the Founder of Bioticindia since February 2019, Vaibhav has also held multiple key roles at Nutrifresh Farms, including Site Project Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the installation of NFT and Raft projects and ensuring high-quality production. Previous experience encompasses a Production Manager role at Nourishing Farms, where Vaibhav managed the growth of various exotic vegetables and herbs, and a dual role as Project Manager and Production Manager at Flora Consult, overseeing similar agricultural projects across multiple locations. Vaibhav began the professional journey at Biz iuris Consulting India Ltd. as a Business Development Executive after obtaining education from MGM.
