Dr. Dominika Andrys

Dr. Dominika Andrys is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the New Product Development & Quality Assurance Manager at Nutrimetics and a Formulation Expert at Cosmetics New Zealand, Dr. Andrys also contributes as an Expert Evaluator for various organizations, including the European Commission, Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. With a strong background as a Formulation Chemist Consultant since 2011, Dr. Andrys specializes in the development and troubleshooting of topical skin products, make-up products, and nutritional supplement formulas. Previous roles include NPD Manager at Pauling Industries and Senior Research & Formulation Scientist at Regenics AS. Dr. Andrys holds a PhD in Biotechnology and has engaged in academic roles as a lecturer in Cosmetic Chemistry, Anatomy, and Dermatology.
