Leading the way in food innovation, NUTRIS is passionately committed to reshaping the food sector with a focus on nutrition, sustainability, and groundbreaking technology. Our state-of-the-art facility, situated in the agricultural region of Croatia, collaborates with over 600 committed local farmers, forming a dynamic food production community.
Our journey is rooted in a passion for creating pure food ingredients. We specialize in producing high-quality protein isolates, starch, and fibers.
Core of our process is patented bio-fractionation process technology, a culmination of over a decade of dedicated research and development led by our two professors, Keld and Jens. This revolutionary technology sets us apart in the food industry, allowing us to extract the maximum nutritional value from fava beans while maintaining their natural integrity and removing flavor.

Our slogan, "Making Food Better Together," captures the essence of our mission. We believe in the power of collaboration – be it with our farmers, scientists, nutritionists, or customers – to innovate and create food products that are not just nutritious and delicious but also kind to our planet. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of food and nutrition.
