Core of our process is patented bio-fractionation process technology, a culmination of over a decade of dedicated research and development led by our two professors, Keld and Jens. This revolutionary technology sets us apart in the food industry, allowing us to extract the maximum nutritional value from fava beans while maintaining their natural integrity and removing flavor.
