Rose Therrien

Rose Therrien is a qualified nutritionist-dietitian with extensive experience since 2013 across various roles in clinical and community settings. Currently, at Végé-Table since August 2019, Rose leads cooking workshops aimed at demystifying various food items. As an independent nutritionist since October 2018, Rose has delivered multiple conferences on mindful eating and balanced diets. Previous roles include providing nutritional care at Cliniques M Nutrition and NutriSimple, focusing on diverse health concerns. Rose also has experience in food education, public nutrition initiatives, and collaboration with media outlets such as La Presse and Le Journal De Montreal. Rose holds a Bachelor of Nutrition from Université de Montréal, complemented by earlier education at Cégep Ahunstic and Polyvalente Des Monts.
