Global Portfolio Director, Child Survival at Nutrition International

Emily Measures has a diverse work experience in the field of global health and nutrition. Emily has held various roles in different organizations, working towards improving the nutritional status of individuals, especially women, adolescent girls, and children. Emily served as a Global Portfolio Director and a Program Director at Nutrition International, where they focused on vitamin A supplementation. Prior to that, they worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where they were a Senior Program Manager in the areas of sexual, reproductive, maternal, and newborn health, as well as health workforce. Emily also has experience at the Tropical Health and Education Trust, where they served as a Country Director and Program Manager, facilitating health partnerships and training health workers in Africa and Asia. Emily began their career at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as a Project Coordinator, working towards achieving food security worldwide. Emily has a strong passion for improving healthcare and has contributed significantly to the field through their various roles.

Emily Measures completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Emily later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the same university, from 2002 to 2004.
