Grant Carioni

Grant Carioni (He/Him) has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Grant is currently serving as the Sr. Director of People and Culture at Nutrition International since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of People, Culture, and Organizational Development at CARE Canada from July 2020 to April 2021. At CARE Canada, they were responsible for developing and executing the international people and culture strategy, leading a team of HR professionals, and managing the Global Safety and Security portfolio.

Grant also has experience working at TD Canada Trust as a Sr. Human Resources Manager, where they were accountable for talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations. Grant also served as a Human Resources Manager at TD Canada Trust, where they built partnerships with business leaders to develop HR strategies and implemented HR practices.

Before joining TD Canada Trust, Grant worked at Research In Motion as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting global teams. Grant also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Equitable Life, where they provided consultation on legal and procedural compliance, employee relations, and performance management.

In their earlier career, Grant served as a Human Resources Generalist at Oticon Canada Ltd., where they amalgamated two operations facilities and developed a new organizational culture. Grant also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Rogers Communications, providing HR expertise to various client groups and implementing employee retention programs.

Grant Carioni (He/Him) has a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, where they also completed a minor in Human Resources Management, from 1996 to 2000.
