Dexter Neal

Dexter Neal has extensive experience in environmental services and housekeeping management within healthcare facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Services at The Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since July 2019 and as the Director of Environmental Services at Buena Vida Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Center since June 2019, Dexter oversees teams and manages operations effectively. Additionally, since June 2014, Dexter has held the position of Director of Housekeeping at Horizon Care Center, where responsibilities include managing a 280-bed facility with 19 employees and conducting weekly quality assurance rounds with nursing staff. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Director of Housekeeping at Midway Nursing Home from 2009 to June 2014, managing 18 employees in a 200-bed facility, implementing cleaning cycles, and maintaining departmental budgets and schedules. Dexter holds a degree in Liberal Arts from The City College of New York and graduated from Eastern District High School.
