Ana Ferreira

Ana Ferreira currently serves as the Team Lead EMEA for Core Support at Zapier, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Ana worked at Pipedrive as a Customer Solutions Manager for the High Value Customers Team from March 2019 to April 2022, and as a Customer Solutions Expert at IKEA Group. Ana's career began at GASTagus as the Coordinator of Volunteers, where strategic leadership was provided to a team of 36 volunteers. Ana holds a Post-Graduate degree in Public Health and Development, a Post-Graduation in Molecular Genetics and Biomedicine, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, all obtained from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. High school education was completed at Escola Secundária Stuart Carvalhais, specializing in Sciences and technologies.
