Jim Hall

Jim Hall is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Nutter Corporation since October 2022, specializing in heavy civil site development, commercial site work, underground utilities, roadwork, and railwork. As the Managing Member of Hall Construction Management LLC since October 2015, Jim has managed significant projects, including the $84 million Powell Butte Reservoir project while at SSC Construction, Inc., which involved extensive construction work and coordination with multiple subcontractors. Jim's earlier roles include positions as an Estimator and Sr. Project Manager at MEI Group and Parsons, where estimating services were provided for public works projects.
