Ruven Nair

Ruven Nair currently serves as the Head of Workforce Management & Planning at Nutun since November 2023. Previously, Ruven held the position of Workflow Manager at Amazon from June 2022 to May 2024 and was the Head Of Planning at Capability BPO™ for a brief period in 2022. Ruven's extensive experience at CCI from January 2013 to March 2022 included roles such as Senior Account Planning Manager, Account Planning Manager, Senior Planning and Delivery Manager, Planning Analyst, and Real-Time Administration. Earlier career experience includes working as a Paramedic at Netcare in 2011. Ruven's educational background includes a Certificate in Contact Center Operations from Service seta (2016-2017), a High Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Netcare (2012-2013), and a Matric certificate from Avonford Secondary School (2010).
