Saira Rasool is a dedicated HR professional specializing in strategic people and leadership development, including talent management and inclusion. They have extensive experience as an HR Business Consultant at KPMG Denmark and as an HR Development Partner at ALK, where they significantly advanced leadership and DEI initiatives. Prior to their current role as Senior Talent Management & People Development Lead at Nuuday, Saira served as a Global Leadership & Learning Specialist at Coloplast, where they developed impactful training programs despite facing challenges in the work environment. Saira holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School.
