Jaime Correa has a diverse work experience. Jaime co-founded Biva, a digital patient care platform, in 2016 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, in 2010, they co-founded Nuva. In 2010, they also worked as a Service Desk Engineer at eNerds. Before these ventures, Jaime worked as an IT Security Architect at Bancolombia from 2007 to 2009.
Jaime Correa began their education in 2005 at Universidad EAFIT, where they completed a degree in Ingeniería Informática (Computer Engineering) in 2010. In 2015, they continued their education at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, focusing on a Diploma in Conceptualization, Design, and Development of Software in Health. Jaime completed this program in 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Jaime Correa has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they became a Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialist, and in 2013, they received the Zoho CRM Certified Consultant certification. Furthermore, they earned the title of Impact Fellow from Singularity University in 2016.
Most recently, Jaime Correa achieved the Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google in November 2019 and the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification in July 2023.
