Hendrik Kotze

Hendrik Kotze is the Head of Product at NuvaLaw since January 2017. Prior to this, Hendrik was a part-time Mediator at a practitioner company since April 2015. With a wealth of experience, Hendrik also serves as a Senior Researcher at Stellenbosch Business School since January 2009 and as the Chairperson at the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council of South Africa. Previously, Hendrik held the title of Chief Legal Officer at Equillore Ltd from April 2005 to December 2008. Educationally, Hendrik holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge (1989 - 1990) and a BComm, LLB, LLM from Stellenbosch University (1982 - 1988). Additionally, Hendrik received a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute in 2009.
