Jason Waters

Jason Waters serves as the Vice President and Head of Commercial at Nuvalent, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Jason held the role of Vice President of Commercialization at Mersana Therapeutics from January 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building the commercialization structure and ensuring launch readiness for UpRi. Jason worked at GSK from September 2016 to January 2022 as Field Vice President for East Area Oncology Sales and Head of US Zejula Marketing, participating in global brand strategy and managing P&L. Prior experience includes positions at Takeda Oncology and sanofi-aventis, focusing on sales strategy, training, and developmental roles. Jason holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BA in History from the University of New Hampshire.
