Jessica Voltz

Jessica (Lindsay) Voltz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and legal operations. Currently serving as Director of Immigration and Legal Operations at Nuvance Health since November 2019, Jessica is a strategic partner to the General Counsel, responsible for managing legal operations, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with various departments. Previous roles include Legal Affairs Assistant Manager at American Express, and Senior Paralegal and Paralegal at Fragomen, where Jessica specialized in nonimmigrant petitions and family-based filings. Additionally, Jessica contributes to youth athletics as a member of the Board of Directors for Girls Development at Wappingers Warriors Youth Lacrosse, and has coaching experience at both Greenwich Youth Lacrosse and Convent of the Sacred Heart. Jessica holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
