Laramie Hitt is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and management. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Specialist at Nuvance Health since November 2018, Laramie oversees the administration and maintenance of multiple Infor HR ERP modules, focusing on areas such as Employee Relations and Performance Management. Prior to this role, Laramie held various positions at Western CT Health Network, including SuccessFactors Admin, and contributed significantly to the HR processes at Stamford Hospital in roles ranging from HR Partner Comp & Benefits to HRIS Coordinator. Laramie's career began as a Personnel Assistant at the William & Sally Tandet Center for Continuing Care.
