Sandra Alemany

Sandra Alemany is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Nuvance Health since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sandra was a Human Resources Business Partner at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital for 11 years, where responsibilities included employee relations, labor relations, and recruitment, among other HR functions. Earlier in Sandra's career, positions included Human Resources Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources at the General Board of Global Ministries. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Empire State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from SUNY Orange, along with various workshops from Cornell University focusing on labor relations and employee relations.
