Anders Persson, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer for Global Fixed Income at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where they lead investment strategies and portfolio management. Previously, Anders held key positions at various financial firms, including Director of Fixed Income Research at SG Cowen and Senior High Yield Research Analyst at Schroders. Anders began their career in equity research at Interstate/Johnson Lane and continued to grow in roles such as Vice President of High Yield Research at First Union Securities. They earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Winthrop University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Lander University.
