Bryan Morland

Bryan Morland currently serves as Managing Director and Head of US Industrial Asset Management at Nuveen Real Estate, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Bryan was Managing Director and Head of US Industrial Operations at Colony Capital, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President of Operations - Industrial. Bryan also held the position of Managing Director at Cobalt Capital Partners, directing the National Asset Management Platform. Early in career, Bryan gained experience at Deloitte in Real Estate Finance & Accounting, worked as General Manager at Bumgarner Asset Management overseeing a historical Class A office portfolio, and held roles at American Industrial Properties REIT and Ernst & Young. Bryan started career as Owner Operator of Woodland Management Group, managing a chain of bagel delicatessens, after serving as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Bryan holds a BS in Accounting and Sociology from Oklahoma State University.
