Douglas M. Gilmour is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience in application architecture and technical design. Currently serving as the Sr. Lead Application Architect for Collaborative Business Processes at Nuveen since January 2011, Gilmour is responsible for shaping intuitive solutions in enterprise application architecture and leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvement. Previously, Gilmour held the position of IT Architect at Nuveen, where influential solutions were built to address various business challenges through exceptional design and troubleshooting capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Technical Architect at Worknet, where Gilmour attained multiple promotions due to outstanding performance. Gilmour holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Management Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Wheaton College.
