Ed Webb

Ed Webb is a seasoned professional in development management, currently serving as the Director of Development Management at Nuveen since January 2019, leading the £1bn St James Quarter project in Edinburgh. Prior to this role, Ed Webb held the position of Director of Development Management at TH Real Estate, where responsibilities included managing the £850m Edinburgh St James development. Ed Webb's experience also encompasses senior roles at Tesco, focusing on mixed-use developments across Europe and Asia, and earlier positions at Aldar and Grosvenor, contributing to notable projects such as the World Trade Centre - Central Market and Liverpool ONE. Ed Webb holds a BSc in Land Management, Property from the University of Reading and attended Stowe School.
