Juan Bogarra MacIas

Juan Bogarra Macias currently serves as the Director - Principal Offshore Wind Engineer at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where responsibilities include joint venture partner management and oversight of technical performance across offshore wind projects. With extensive experience in the offshore wind sector, Juan has held various leadership roles at Iberdrola, including Offshore Wind Construction Principal Manager, where significant contributions were made to project delivery and site management standards. Past roles also include managing numerous renewable energy projects and leading teams in both photovoltaic and onshore wind developments. Juan holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Renewable Energy, along with multiple certifications in health and safety and further training in renewable energy.
