Kristina Hermanson

Kristina Hermanson serves as a Board Member at Marquis Macadamias and the Australian Farm Institute, while also holding the position of Head of APAC and Africa at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since January 2023, where focus is placed on expanding the farmland and timberland footprint with an emphasis on sustainability. Previously, Kristina held various leadership roles, including Managing Director for ANZ and ASEAN at FMC Corporation, and Director of Business Development & Strategy at ADM, where responsibilities included overseeing significant integration efforts for major acquisitions. Kristina's educational credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Technische Universitaet Munchen, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School and IMD.
