Michael Keogh

Michael Keogh is the Director of Research at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where they have worked since 2009, currently holding the position of Portfolio Manager since 2022. In this role, they analyze property trends, capital flows, and investment cycles to forecast property performance and identify investment opportunities, while also contributing to asset appraisals and market forecasts as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to their tenure at Nuveen, Michael served as Associate Director of Research at CBRE from 2002 to 2008. Michael is pursuing their education at New College Swindon.
