Nick Jones

Nick Jones is a seasoned investment professional with a diverse background in senior living and capital markets. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Associate at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since September 2022, Nick previously held the position of Head of Senior Living (Consultant) at Lottie from March 2022 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CBRE spanning from September 2013 to March 2022, where Nick progressed from Surveyor to Associate Director and eventually to Head of London & South Senior Living. Additionally, Nick served as an Assistant Fund Manager at CBRE Global Investors from September 2016 to September 2017. Educational credentials include a degree from Kingston University, completed between 2015 and 2018, and earlier academic achievements from Epsom & Ewell High School/6th Form from 2005 to 2013.
