Ramsay Nafa

Ramsay Nafa is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Head Of Compliance for Europe and Asia-Pacific at Nuveen since March 2017, where responsibilities also include leading Compliance & Operational Risk for the region. Prior to this role, Ramsay held positions at UBS as Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control for the UK from November 2013 to March 2017, and at Henderson Global Investors from January 2006 to November 2013, where roles included Head of Regulatory Development and Head of Asset Management Compliance. Earlier in the career, Ramsay worked as a Senior Specialist in Group Compliance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2002 to January 2006. Ramsay holds a Master of Science in Financial Regulation & Compliance Management from London Metropolitan University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in London, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology & Psychology from Bucks College, Brunel University.
